I hereby apply for membership of the Skydivers Federation of India (SFI) and confirm that all information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
I agree to abide by the Constitution, Rules, Regulations, Safety Standards, Code of Conduct and decisions of SFI, as applicable to members.
I understand that membership of SFI does not by itself grant any skydiving licence, rating, qualification or operational permission. I remain responsible for maintaining all licences, ratings, medical fitness, insurance and other documentation required for my skydiving activities.
I agree to notify SFI of any changes to my registered contact details and provide additional documents reasonably required for membership verification or administration.
LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand and acknowledge that skydiving is an inherently risky activity and may involve injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to property. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that SFI, its office bearers, officials, representatives and volunteers shall not be held responsible or liable for any incident, accident, injury, death, loss or damage arising from or occurring during skydiving activities, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I am aware and acknowledge that SFI does not provide skydiving insurance to its members. I understand that SFI is not responsible or liable for any incident, accident, injury, death, loss or damage arising from or occurring during skydiving activities, and that I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for my skydiving activities.
